The group had 7 new people so the conversation was fresh and also familiar: Procrastination and perfectionism, Lack of energy and brain fog, How hard it is to get diagnosis and support, How to balance and manage time, Fidget toys, Kitchen timers and our 'monkeys'. How keeping our monkeys occupied with fidget toys or rhythmic things can then allow us to get on with things.
